A. Eligibility Criteria (As on September 1, 2025)
Educational Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India.
Graduation Date: Candidates must have passed their Graduation not earlier than January 1, 2022, and not later than September 1, 2025 (both days inclusive).
Age Limit: Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwBD (10 years) candidates.
Local Language: Proficiency in the local language of the State/UT for which the candidate applies is mandatory. Candidates may need to produce a 10th/12th certificate showing the study of the local language or pass a local language test during verification.
